Grégoire Talbot

Board member, CEO of Cockpit Group

Civil Engineer from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve, followed by a “Management Program for Executive” at the Solvay Business School in Brussels.

His career started in Boston at the “Massachussetts Institute of Technology” where he worked at the same time for the company Aspentech as an engineer. Afterwards, he worked during 5 years for “IBM Business Consulting Services”, first as an international consultant in strategy, then as the assistant of a top Executive from IBM and finally as a manager in the media and utilities sector.

Grégoire is an expert in the definition of Balanced Scorecards and KPI’s and teaches this subject at the Solvay Business School as well as in the MBA program of the VUB (Vrije Universiteit Brussel).

Laurent Dhaeyer

Managing Director of Cockpit Group

After his Master of Science in Management from the Solvay Business School of Brussels, Laurent completed his education at Harvard Business School where he was exposed to the latest management and strategy trends.

He started his professional career as management consultant for Deloitte where he specialized in Customer Relationship Management, Sales force Effectiveness and Supply Chain Management. After 5 years of exciting projects for premium companies, he left Deloitte to join Ogone, the European leader in online payment processing. He started as business development manager in charge of the analysis and launch of new markets and new strategic partnerships. After two years he was appointed as director business development and product management and gained significant expertise in e-commerce and online payment.

Laurent is thrilled to work for a young company with a very exciting product, know-how and a superb client base. As Managing Director of the company, Laurent is working along with the CEO and the other board members to bring Cockpit Group to the next level.
