History

Birth of the Management Cockpit concept in 1989

The Management Cockpit concept has been developed in 1989 by the Professor P.M. Georges, neurosurgeon and professor in Management. This concept is based on researches into human intelligence and on studies led in companies. The company N.E.T. Research was founded in 1989 in order to commercialize the Management Cockpit concept.

N.E.T. Research then slowed down its activities between 2001 and 2004. The main reason of this is the return to neurosurgery of the professor P.M.Georges. However, a demand for the concept still existed and this is why, early 2004, his objective was to find an entrepreneur able to relaunch the activity.

Rebirth of N.E.T. Research in July 2004

In July 2004, Grégoire Talbot took over N.E.T. Research over from its creator. His challenges were to relaunch the Management Cockpit concept and prepare the company for internationalization. Grégoire Talbot is the present CEO of Cockpit Group

Since September 2005, N.E.T. Research has accelerated its growth and its development; firstly by recruiting strong & competent managers and a strong team, secondly, and more recently, by bringing in three experts in the development of subsidiaries in Asia and Europe.

Indeed, N.E.T. Research, while doubling its turnover compared to its objectives in 2005, realized that the market had a huge potential. This is why N.E.T. Research has decided to expand its activities abroad.

Change of the Company name into Cockpit Group in 2007

Since 2007, N.E.T. Research confirmed its high potential. Several key events ensured the continuous growth of the company. Firstly, the arrival of new investors to support the internationalization of the Group. Secondly, the change of the company name into Cockpit Group. A new name to support the company’s powerful concept. Furthermore, Cockpit Group has confirmed its importance on the European market, developing Management Cockpits for companies like Accor, Crédit Agricole, Cargolux in Luxemburg, or CERN and FIBA in Geneva.

The growth goes on in 2008 with successful events such as several Management Cockpit Academies in Brussels, Luxemburg and Geneva, the Cockpit & Wine event in Brussels, and the additional organizations trusting our approach, such as LEGO UK, Chiquita, AGC FlatGlass Europe…
