The group Accor is a French company of more than 160.000 employees, present in more than 100 countries and with revenues of more than 8 Billion Euros. Gilles Pélisson, CEO of the group, is implementing its 4th Management Cockpit after those of Novotel, Disneyland and Bouygues Telecom.
Through personalized interviews with all members of the Executive committee, the operational KPI’s of Accor have been defined, validated and quickly automated by a team of Cockpit Group. The main objective of the Cockpit for Gilles Pélisson is to create a solidarity and a culture of performance thanks to structured KPI’s. Accor has chosen the CockpitSuite software for the automation of its Cockpit. This solution allows a direct and unlimited access to all the KPI’s of the Cockpit as well as the navigation through the different views and an in-depth analysis of every KPI.
