40 KPI’s for a fast growing SME

Belgian SME active in the sales and after sales of equipments for mining, construction, handling and recycling in Belgium and Africa since 60 years. The growth of BIA has created a need of a more efficient follow-up of their performance.

After an audit of their reporting done by Cockpit Group during 4 days, BIA has chosen to implement a Management Cockpit with a restricted number of KPI’s. The objectives of the Cockpit were clearly defined: optimize the Management meetings, motivate people through accountability and gain time in the data collection in order to focus on analysis. Indicators such as Sales from new or their dependence towards their suppliers will be measured thanks to the Cockpit.  The customer satisfaction measure will be done through the use of a SLA or Service Level Agreement in the Cockpit.
