Cargolux implemented a Management Summary to structure all indicators in a One-Page Report. After a thorough study, 12 main questions were defined, containing each 6 explaining factors.

That management tool allows them to have a structured and ergonomic view on their activities in order to manage their strategic positioning, to manage risk and look for cost and process efficiencies and to continue to invest in their staff.
