A Management Cockpit to support the execution of the Worldwide Leader strategic goals in Europe.

Chiquita Europe is the European leader in the distribution of quality fresh fruit, processed fruit and vegetable products.

After one and half month of interviews, Cockpit Group defined a set of 70 KPI’s that supports now the ELT (the European Leading Team) in their monthly strategic meeting during which objectives are reviewed, performance analyzed and action plans set up. By going for the Management Cockpit approach, the main goal of Chiquita Europe was to agree on the 6 key objectives of the European structure and from there, decline Key Performance Indicators for the two core units: Banana and Fresh Convenience. Mr. Loeb, Chiquita Europe's President, wanted also a tool that could be accessible for all his people in the HQ and the countries were Chiquita is active.  The mission enabled also the company to tackle and measure strategic domains like Human Resources and Innovations which are key for the long term growth of Chiquita Europe.

Chiquita Europe Management Cockpit is developed with MicroStrategy and is used by the top 50 persons spread all around Europe.
