Cockpit Group supports « Cliniques de l’Europe » in the development of a dashboard with a Microsoft Excel technology.

The Cockpit team firstly defined a set of Key Performance Indicators related to the Hospital’s activities, the quality of its services and its human resources.

The KPI’s have then been developed, enabling an analysis of the performance per site, per unit or per doctor, and structured in a navigation portal, accessible through their intranet.
