Company and challenges description
The European Economic and Social Committee is a consultative and institutional platform used by the representatives of the social and economical European environment to express their opinions on a formal way about the European policy. The mission of the EESC members is to address their opinion on themes of European interest at the Counsel, the Commission and the European Parliament. 
Project Description
The objectives of the project were:
• to formalize the existing reporting process by documenting all KPI’s used by the different departments
• to evaluate the existing materials and identify potential areas for improvement
• to propose a new reporting framework based on market best practices.
a. Approach & interlocutors
We met general secretary, all directorate managers and all division managers in order to get their expectations about a common reporting model. We validated with them a framework to collect and documented the current used materials. Afterwards we analyzed the current materials and facilitated some workshops to define together the new reporting model. We finally validated this enhanced model with the general secretary and all directorate managers.
