• The Luxemburg state is liberalizing more and more its financial place, and, consequently, a lot of banks have to face a stronger competition. Cockpit Group was contacted in this context by ING Luxemburg and has selected the most performing and operational bank indicators.
• Indicators such as the Time Facing Customers or the bidding volume are from now on measured.
• Following this project, the satisfaction of ING Luxemburg has pushed them to recommend Cockpit Group to the board of directors of the Group.
