Global management of the company

  • Selection of KPI’s and organisation of the board of directors’ dashboard following the Management Cockpit methodology.
  • Automation of the KPI’s presentation following the Management Cockpit approach.
  • Creation of a Cockpit room equipped with 18 plasma screens for the display of all KPI’s for the board of directors.
  • Management of data based on automatic procedures to extract data from Excel files prepared on a manually way.
  • The complexity of the project lay in the important number and diversity of the files to import.
  • Use of CockpitSoft client – server version to create the graphs, to develop the dashboards, to manage the access for 15 users and to pilot the Cockpit room.
