The main solutions that the company is delivering are Network Services, Integrated Services, Unified Communication and Added Value Services.

The main objectives of WIN Cockpit’s project for Patrick Vanderveken (WIN’s CEO) were the following:

• Common validation of WIN’s Key Objectives & main KPI’s by its Management Committee

• Organization & structuring of the reporting following a process approach

• Standardization/harmonization of the reporting and its presentation

• Centralization of key information (covering all strategic areas of WIN) into one database

• Development of a reporting tool to be used in each key meeting, strategic as well as operational

Cockpit Group defined a set of 45 KPI’s with the different members of the Management Committee who have now access to the online dashboard containing ergonomic visuals enabling to focus on key issues.

The implementation has been done with the Xcelcius technology.
